Livia Barreto

Livia Barreto has an extensive work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Livia started their career as an intern at CAGEPA - PARAIBA STATE WATER AND SEWER COMPANY in 2017. Livia then worked as a Volunteer Developer at Digital Video Applications Lab - LAViD in 2015.

Livia then gained valuable experience as a Cnpq Pibic Scientific Initiation Researcher at Federal University of Paraiba from 2015 to 2016. Livia further enhanced their skills by working as a Quality & Software Engineer at Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company) from 2018 to 2020. During this role, they were responsible for designing and updating test cases, planning activities, and working with agile methodologies such as Scrum. Livia also automated testing using Python and utilized tools like Jira and Jenkins.

Livia then joined Dock in 2020 as a QA Software Analyst. Their responsibilities included designing and updating test cases, creating and planning activities, and utilizing agile methodologies like Kanban. Livia also automated testing using Java and worked with tools such as Jira, Rest Assured, and TestNG.

Their most recent role is as a Senior Software Test Analyst at Venturus, where they began in 2022.

Livia Barreto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal da Paraíba, which they obtained from 2011 to 2017. In 2018, they completed a Specialization Course in Software Engineering at the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
