Jerry C. started their work experience at Cablevision in 2006 as a Technical Support Representative, providing remote network troubleshooting for residential and small to medium business subscribers. Jerry then progressed to become a Technical Support Supervisor and later a Team Lead, where they were responsible for remote network troubleshooting, providing support for clients, and serving as an escalation point for complex technical and sensitive customer concerns. Jerry also played a role in facilitating and delivering monthly team meetings and provided training for new-hires and seasoned team members. Jerry was recognized for their service to the team and customers, and also received awards for exceeding soft-skills and efficiency KPI expectations. In 2014, Jerry joined Ventus as the Manager of the Technical Support Center, and later became the Director of the Technical Support Center in September 2019.
Jerry C. attended the Porter and Chester Institute from 1998 to 1999. During this time, they obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology.
