Theresa Vitatoe (Terri)

Theresa (Terri) Vitatoe has extensive experience in telecommunications and network management, currently serving as a Telco Scheduling Coordinator at Ventus since August 2017, after previously working as a Technical Support Specialist in the same company. In the role of Technical Support Specialist, responsibilities included resolving critical customer issues related to client-specific WAN topologies and ensuring excellent customer service. Prior to their time at Ventus, Vitatoe worked as a Data Specialist at Nestlé Waters North America from May 2000 to September 2014, managing LAN/WAN installations and significant enterprise network migration projects. Earlier in their career, Vitatoe served as a Network Analyst at Pitney Bowes from June 1979 to April 2000, gaining substantial experience within data center operations.
