Christian Nicholson has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Engineering Intern at C&D Zodiac. In 2014, they became a Student at Submarine Officer Nuclear Propulsion and Tactical Training before transitioning to the role of Nuclear Submarine Officer onboard USS PASADENA (SSN-752) in 2016. During this time, they led teams and managed various operations on a nuclear-powered submarine. In 2019, they took on the role of Staff Officer in Combined Maritime Forces (CMF), where they played a crucial role in the COVID response by coordinating and managing personnel from 33 nations. In 2020, they became an All-Source Analyst at the Department of Defense before joining Ventus Solutions (VES) as a Consultant in 2023.
Christian Nicholson attended the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications as a Nuclear Engineer Officer from Naval Reactors in February 2018, and as a Submarine Warfare Officer from the US Navy in May 2017.
