Christopher Reilly has a diverse work experience in various roles. Christopher currently holds the position of Consultant at Ventus Solutions (VES) since 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Engineer Officer on the USS NEBRASKA (SSBN 739)(BLUE) in the US Navy from 2011 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the Engineering Department and supervising and training a team of over sixty sailors. Christopher also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of California, Berkeley, where they trained and mentored fifty college students preparing for careers in the US Navy. Additionally, Christopher served as a Division Officer on the USS CHARLOTTE (SSN 766)/USS INDIANA (SSN 789), where they were responsible for the operation and employment of a nuclear-powered warship and directly supervised a team of 10-15 sailors. Prior to that, they completed Nuclear and Submarine Tactical Training.
Christopher Reilly earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a Nuclear Engineer Officer from Naval Reactors. Later, in 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Old Dominion University.
