Roy M. Gonzales, CPA, MBA has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. Roy M. currently holds the position of Vice President, Accounting at Ventyx Biosciences since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Owner and Principal Consultant at Sphere Global Services LLC starting in November 2019. From September 2021 to June 2022, they served as Vice President, Finance at Landos Biopharma, Inc. Before that, they were Vice President, Finance and SEC Reporting at Histogen from March 2021 to September 2021.

In their earlier roles, Roy Gonzales served as a Consultant - Accounting Policy / Technical Accounting at Invesco US from July 2019 to February 2020. Roy M. was also the Vice President Finance at Spinal Elements from October 2018 to July 2019.

Prior to that, they worked at Dexcom as the Assistant Controller from April 2018 to November 2018 and as the Director of Accounting from August 2016 to April 2018. Roy M. Gonzales, CPA, MBA obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communications from Virginia Tech in 1997. Roy M. then pursued a BSBA in Accounting from Old Dominion University, completing their degree in 2004. In 2014, Roy earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
