Kevin Turner

Kevin Turner is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in leading communication strategies for prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Communications Consultant at Venu Sports since June 2024, Turner previously held the position of Global Head of Communications at Linktree, where responsibilities included overseeing all communications for a platform with over 50 million users. Notably, during a tenure at Spotify, Turner was instrumental in expanding podcasting tools across 33 markets, significantly increasing platform podcast counts. Prior roles include Director of Communications at Gimlet Media, where Turner supported the company’s growth and acquisition by Spotify, Senior Communications Manager at Vimeo, and Manager of Communications at MTV Networks. Early career experience includes media relations at Text 100 and involvement in the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympic Games. Turner holds a B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA.
