Eric Swinny

Eric Swinny has a varied work experience beginning in 2013 when they worked as a Team Member at Whataburger. Eric then went on to work at HEB as a Partner in 2016, followed by two more Team Member positions at Whataburger and Pizza Hut. In 2017, they became a Propulsion Engineer and Aerodynamics Engineer at the Texas A&M University Sounding Rocketry Team (SRT). In 2018, they worked as an undergraduate researcher at Texas A&M University, and in 2019 they began working as a Graduate Researcher at the National Aerothermochemistry and Hypersonics Laboratory. Most recently, in 2021 they became an Aerothermal Engineer at Venus Aerospace.

Eric Swinny completed their high school diploma at Alamo Heights High School in 2014. Eric then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M University, which they completed in 2019. Eric continued their education at Texas A&M University and obtained a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering in 2021.
