Rajiv De Silva

Rajiv Desilva is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Venus Concept since October 2022, Rajiv is also Co-Founder of Asiri Skincare and Chairman of the Board at Covis Pharma. Previously, Rajiv held the position of Managing Partner at Asiri Advisors LLC, focusing on private equity investments in pharmaceuticals, and was President & CEO of Endo International plc from March 2013 to September 2016. Other notable roles include President and COO of Specialty Pharmaceuticals at Bausch Health Companies Inc. and various leadership positions at Novartis and McKinsey & Company. Rajiv Desilva holds a BSE in Civil Engineering from Princeton University, an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, and an MS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.
