Slava Shubnikov

Slava Shubnikov has extensive experience in operations and service management in the manufacturing industry. Slava started their career at TowerJazz in 2003 as a Shift Manager and later took on roles as a Production Planning Engineer and Production Manager, leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements. In 2017, they transitioned to Venus Concept, where they held various leadership positions, culminating in their current role as Senior Director of Operations and Service, North America. Slava'sresponsibilities included managing manufacturing operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Slava Shubnikov earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences (Business and Industrial Management Division) from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College, completing the program from 2013 to 2016.
