Julian Arthur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and artist management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Pharmaceutical Recruitment at The Venus Consultancy Ltd since August 2021, Julian has a strong background in the pharmaceutical sector, having previously held the position of Vice-President of Pharmaceutical Division at IMS Group, where successful partnerships were built with national clients. As the founder of Reset Entertainment Group, Julian has dedicated efforts to managing artists and enhancing their careers since July 2008. Earlier career highlights include a role as Senior Recruiter at Gurulink and as President/CEO of Groove-A-Lot Records Inc., where two Juno Awards were won for Executive Music Production. Additionally, Julian has experience as a recruiter at Bankside Chase Corporation, developing effective candidate evaluation processes.
