Joanna Targonski

Joanna Targonski has a strong background in human resources and people management. Joanna is currently the People and Culture Director at VENUS Fashion Inc., a position they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bare Necessities from November 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they were the People Director at STAFFED INC. from March 2020 to November 2020. Throughout their career, Joanna held multiple roles at Soho House & Co, including Director of Human Resources from July 2018 to November 2019 and from August 2016 to July 2018, and various roles in Human Resources from August 2010 to August 2016.

Joanna Targonski completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Economics at Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 2006 to 2010. Joanna also had the opportunity to participate in a Study Abroad program at the European Business School (EBS) in London in 2009. In 2014, Joanna obtained a Masters Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
