Beth PopNikolov has worked in various roles since 2009. In 2009, they were a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Radford University, where they were the lead instructor for Core 101 and 102 classes and was responsible for teaching students the writing and reading skills they would need to progress to the next level of their college courses. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Communications and Web Content Coordinator at Advance Auto Parts, where they edited web content, wrote emails, articles and other written works for digital publications, and created and successfully completed communication plans for multiple company initiatives. Since 2013, they have been working at Venveo, where they have held the roles of CEO, Director of Digital Strategy, and Content Strategist for Building Materials Companies. In their role as Director of Digital Strategy, they work with home and building products companies to understand their business goals and help them better understand the needs of their audiences in the channel. As Content Strategist for Building Materials Companies, they help brands recognize the importance of spending as much time and effort on the copy of their website as they do on the design.

Beth PopNikolov attended Radford University and obtained a Master's degree in English Literature in 2012 and a Bachelor's degree in English with a Concentration in Business and Technical Writing in 2009. Beth also has a certification in Google Ads Fundamentals from Google, which they obtained in August 2019.
