Soren Luplau-Pagh is the CEO of VENZO and a founding partner of Safe Implant Technology. Soren has also served as the CEO of Friendly Capital.

Soren has 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on hardware, software, and services. Soren has worked in enterprise, public, and international life sciences segments, and has experience in domestic and European markets.

Soren is an expert in AI/Machine Learning, IoT and cloud computing, and has a passion for new innovations supporting digital transformation. In the life sciences industry, they are particularly interested in medical devices, micro-implants, and biotech.

At VENZO, Soren is responsible for leading the company's strategy and operations. Soren is also responsible for Friendly Capital's investments in the technology sector and life sciences industry.

Soren Luplau-Pagh has an extensive educational background, with programs at some of the most prestigious schools in the world. Soren began their career with an executive education at Harvard Business School, before moving on to corporate finance at London Business School. Soren later joined the board of directors for a senior executive program at Bestyrelses AKADEMIET, and also completed a strategy and leadership program at Harvard Business School. Finally, they completed an Executive MBA at Henley Business School.
