Kirby Young

Kirby Young is an accomplished entrepreneur and engineer with extensive experience in food science, operations management, and engineering consulting. As the Owner and CEO of Aiketo LLC since 2019, Kirby has successfully developed health food products based on the keto diet and automated processes for dietary optimization through software design. Prior roles include Senior Launch Manager at Veo, Director of Operations at Chocolatl, and Process Engineer at Slater's 50/50 & Cueva Bar, where Kirby enhanced operational efficiencies and established quality measures. Additionally, Kirby gained valuable skills in strategic program design and risk consulting at Marsh, and demonstrated significant cost savings and productivity improvements as an Industrial Engineer Consultant at Motorola Solutions. Kirby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
