Shamara A. Smith

Shamara A. Smith has a diverse work experience across various industries. Shamara A. started their career as an intern at Johnson & Johnson in 2016, where they supported the consolidation of One Medical Devices and assisted in complex operations. In 2017, they interned at Kearney & Company, where they demonstrated critical thinking and analyzed data to fill gaps in dirty data. Shamara A. also pioneered a campus ambassador program promoting transparency in government financial reporting.

In 2018, Shamara joined Amazon as an Operations Manager and was promoted within 8 months. Shamara A. successfully managed a team of 150+ associates and conducted data analysis to identify trends and provide creative solutions.

In 2020, Shamara worked with Via as an Operations Manager, where they prioritized operational issues and developed metrics and KPIs to improve team performance. Shamara A. also built strong cross-functional relationships and drove efficiency and engagement to scale operational processes.

From 2021 to 2022, Shamara served as an Operations Manager at Sky Zone, where they continued to excel in overseeing operational activities.

Currently, Shamara is working at Veo as an Operations Manager, starting in 2023.
