Carl Johan Rising is a seasoned data professional currently serving as the Director of Data at Veo Technologies since October 2024 and as an Angel Investor and Scout at Ada Ventures since May 2024, focusing on underrepresented founders in Climate Equity, Economic Empowerment, and Healthy Aging. Prior to these roles, Carl Johan held various investment positions at Healper, OptikosPrime, Count, and Tiimo while also serving as the Director of Data at Too Good To Go from October 2018 to May 2024, where responsibilities included scaling the data function and enhancing product analytics. Previous experience includes data scientist roles at Flit Technologies, Drivr, and Tradono, complemented by an academic background featuring a Master of Science in Information Technology from IT-Universitetet i København and studies at Stanford University.
