Matthew Lewis has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Matthew worked as a Stocker and Bagger at Winn-Dixie from September 2010 to August 2011. From November 2011 to February 2012, they worked as an Assistant Cook, Busser, and Server at Oscars Pizza. In 2012, they worked as a Construction Laborer at GEORGE SPEERS MASONRY until 2014. From June 2015 to December 2015, they worked as a Construction Laborer at First Impressions LLC. In 2016, they began their career at Florida State University as an Emergency Management Intern for five months before becoming an Emergency Management Coordinator. At FSU, they led various technology projects and served as the lead administrator for the FSU ALERTS! Mass notification system. Matthew was also responsible for implementing the Stop the Bleed campaign by scheduling training and installing Stop the Bleed Kits across campus. Additionally, they were part of the FSU COVID response team. In the same year, they also volunteered as a Community Volunteer at Waze, where they closed major roads for FSU home football games and other events and served as an Editor for emergencies and special events. Currently, they work at Veoci as a Help Desk Coordinator and Solutions Engineer starting from November 2021.

Matthew Lewis earned their High School Diploma from Tallavana Christian School in 2011. Matthew then went on to attend Tallahassee Community College from 2011 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2016, Matthew attended Florida State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice.
