Laura Pearce is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a strong background in the waste management sector. Currently serving as Head of Marketing - Capture & Proposals at Veolia UK since October 2024, Laura has previously held several leadership positions within Veolia, including Head of Commercial Sales - South and Head of Territory Sales & Account Management - South. Prior experience includes the role of Head of National Accounts at Viridor and Service Provider Manager at DS Smith Recycling, where Laura focused on building and managing strategic subcontract relationships while promoting a zero waste ethos.
