Martin Caspar

Martin Caspar has extensive experience in the water technology sector, currently serving as Vice President of Technical Services & Digital Operations at Veolia Water Technologies since June 2007. In this role, responsibilities include profit and loss management, customer complaint handling, and maximizing aftermarket lifetime value. Previously, Martin held several leadership positions at Veolia, focusing on sales strategy, project management, and digital transformation. Prior experience includes project management and sales at Nortec S.G.S. Inc., along with the implementation of customer relationship management systems. Martin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and completed an MBA essentials program at HEC Montréal.
