Abdelhakim BABOUCHE has extensive work experience in various financial and managerial roles. Abdelhakim started their career with Veolia Transport as an Intern Treasurer in 2011. Abdelhakim then joined Veolia in 2012 and held positions such as International Treasurer and Zone Financing & Treasury Deputy Manager. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Financial Performance Controller in the Group Finance Department, where they analyzed and reported financial results. Abdelhakim subsequently became the Head of Risk & Internal Control and later the PMO & Domain Lead for the Workday project, focusing on security, administration, and HR. In their most recent role, since 2021, they have served as the Head of Finance Business Support, Process & Tools at Veolia. Additionally, they are currently the Head of Finance VPIS for the France Total Waste Management Division.
Abdelhakim BABOUCHE completed a Master's degree in Corporate Finance (Treasury) at IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2011, they obtained a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from Faculté Jean-Monnet. In addition to their formal education, Abdelhakim BABOUCHE also obtained certifications in Workday Financials Fundamentals from Workday in 2019 and in COSO Internal Control from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 2018.
