Beth Whittaker Fcipd

Beth Whittaker FCIPD currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Veolia, a position held since September 2019, where a comprehensive redesign of the HR function has been implemented to foster business alignment and enhance professional HR services. Prior to this role, Beth was the Head of Employee Relations & Business Partnering at Veolia UK from November 2015 to August 2019, focusing on creating an advanced employee relations strategy. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Staffordshire Police as the Employee Relations and Policy Manager, where a pioneering redundancy scheme for police officers was established, as well as various HR roles at Wulvern and Cheshire East Council. Beth holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Staffordshire, completed in 2005.
