Caroline Bonato

Caroline Bonato has extensive experience in human resources and commercial management, currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources and previously holding roles such as Diretora de Operações Industriais and Gerente Operacional Gestão Global at Veolia since March 2015. Prior to Veolia, Caroline was the Corporate Sales Manager at Estre Ambiental, overseeing commercial operations in São Paulo and Paraná, and held various sales management positions focusing on regional planning and client management. Caroline's career began at Biotrat Soluções Ambientais and Essencis Soluções Ambientais, where roles involved market research and technical sales support. Caroline holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Universitat Politècnica de València and ISAE FGV, and a bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade from Faculdade Internacional de Curitiba.
