Heidi Munro

Heidi Munro is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions and driving organizational integration. Currently serving as SVP Human Resources North America for Veolia, Heidi plays a pivotal role in merging and building a new $2.2 billion regional business. Previously, as CHRO for Global Water Technologies & Solutions, Heidi successfully led the post-merger integration of a $3.6 billion company. Additionally, Heidi has held significant positions including Human Resources Integration Leader at SYNCREON, where an interim CHRO role was fulfilled and a carve-out strategy was developed, and Vice President Human Resources at Johnson Matthey, overseeing the HR function for the Health portfolio. With a strong background in talent management at PQ Corporation and strategic advisory roles with Nonprofit HR, Heidi brings over a decade of expertise in the HR field. Heidi holds a BA in Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from the University of Geneva.
