Severine Dinghem has a strong background in the water and environmental services industry, with extensive experience at Veolia and related companies. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Project Manager in the International Finance Department at Veolia, gaining expertise in international finance. Severine then joined The World Bank as a Senior Financial Officer from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they worked at COMPAGNIE DES EAUX DE PARIS as a Manager of Operations from 2006 to 2008. Severine then returned to Veolia as a Regional Technical Director from 2008 to 2011. Severine continued to progress within Veolia, serving as the Director of the Seine Center at Veolia Eau d'Ile-de-France from 2011 to 2017. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Director of the Marne & Oise Territory at Veolia. Recently, they have held senior executive roles at Veolia, including Chief Operating Officer of Eau France and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Business Support & Performance.
Severine Dinghem completed a Master's degree in Engineering Mechanics from École Polytechnique from 1994 to 1997. Severine then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering & Hydrology from 1997 to 2000 at École des Ponts ParisTech.
