Tanya Durand

Tanya Durand (nee Swinyard) serves as the Head of Reward at Veolia since July 2022, following a role as Group Reward Manager at Sysco GB from January to July 2022. Prior experience includes over 14 years at Brakes Group, where Tanya held various managerial positions in reward and payroll, leading payroll for 8,000 employees across the UK and Ireland. Capita employment as a Payroll Administrator preceded tenure at Brakes Group. Tanya's education includes a Master's degree in Finance from Belaruski Dziarzhauny Universitet, a Foundation degree in Payroll Management from CIPP, and a Certificate in Change Management from CMC Prosci.
