Vitaliy Shpak

Vitaliy Shpak is currently the Head of strategic sourcing Eurasia at VEON since September 2016. Prior to this role, Vitaliy held various positions at Київстар from June 2004 to September 2016, including Head of direct procurement, Network procurement manager, Project coordinator, and Transmission network planning. During their time at Київстар, Vitaliy coordinated key projects in the technical division and worked closely with consulting companies on the introduction of "Business continuity management" for the Network and VAS stream.
