Joseph Skadsberg has extensive work experience in various roles within the retail industry. Joseph started their career at Target in 2007, where they held positions as a Senior Merchandise Specialist and Executive Team Leader. Joseph then transitioned to roles as a Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst, specializing in women's apparel. In 2011, they became an Expert Business Analyst in Fast Fashion at Target.

In 2014, Skadsberg joined Amazon as a Vendor Manager/Buyer for Women's Swimwear and Accessories. Joseph later became a Product Manager for Activewear Private Brands, where they developed branding, marketing, and growth strategies based on data and customer analytics. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Product Manager, where they pinpointed customer needs and built a licensed activewear brand focused on long-term customer trust and loyalty.
