Susan Campbell has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Susan started their career at DIAMOND CABLE COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED in 1996 as a Sales Administration Manager. Susan then moved to ESPRIT TELECOM BV in 1997, where they also held the position of Sales Administration Manager. In 1998, they joined Marshall Field's as the Cosmetics Department Manager and later became the Human Resources Manager. In 2002, they joined Brakes as an Area Business Manager. From 2005 to 2015, they held multiple roles at Vera Bradley, including Director of Sales Development and Director of Omni Channel Operations. In 2016, they became the Director (CX) Customer Experience at Vera Bradley. Susan'sexpertise lies in customer experience, sales development, and operations management.

Susan Campbell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Grace College & Seminary and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Ball State University. Susan also obtained a Customer Experience Certification from Rutgers University in 2018.
