Sophia Harty-Reiter

Sophia Harty-Reiter is currently serving as an Operations and Analytics Associate at the Vera Institute of Justice since December 2022, following a role as Assistant to the Chief People Officer. Prior experience includes positions as a Talent & Culture Assistant at Rosewood Vienna and as a Community Relations Coordinator and Digital Outreach & Community Intern at wendy.network. Sophia holds a Master of Arts in Gender Studies from the University of Vienna, obtained between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, Film, and Media Studies from the same university, completed in 2018. Additionally, Sophia completed the Abitur at Deutsche Schule Lissabon from 2000 to 2014.
