Tracey Wilmot

Tracey Wilmot serves as the Vice President and Chief People Officer at the Vera Institute of Justice since January 2020, previously holding roles as Chief People Officer and Director of People Resources. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Iona College from 2014 to 2019, where Tracey led significant HR strategies that enhanced productivity and employee engagement. Tracey also directed human resources recruitment at Albert Einstein College of Medicine (2008-2014) and talent acquisition at Reader's Digest Association (2006-2008). Tracey's early career includes a role as Senior Vice President at Bert Davis Executive Search, where a focus on high-level placements in publishing occurred, and as Program Associate at Exec|Comm, facilitating training for major corporations. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Brockport.
