Cynthia Ring

Cynthia Ring, MBA, serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer at Care New England, an organization comprised of several hospitals and healthcare services in Rhode Island. With extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, Cynthia previously held the role of Principal at Cynthia Ring Consulting, LLC, where responsibilities included fostering organizational culture and leading transformation initiatives. Prior to that, Cynthia was the Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, overseeing HR functions for a major non-profit health plan. Cynthia's leadership roles extend across various healthcare organizations, including UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital and Lifespan, alongside earlier positions in the banking and retail sectors. Cynthia holds an MBA from Bryant University and a BA in English from Framingham State University.
