Steve Esparza has extensive experience in the banking industry spanning over three decades. Steve began their career as a Branch Manager at Norwest Financial, where they oversaw various operations and managed financial portfolios. Steve then joined Bank of America, where they held multiple roles, including Consumer Market Manager and Performance Improvement Consultant. Steve also served as a Consumer Market Executive, responsible for managing sales, service, operations, and associate satisfaction for numerous banking centers within the Austin Consumer Market.
