Jeanne Frazier-Milton obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Penn State University between the years 1978 and 1982. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration at the University of West Florida - College of Business, graduating in the years 1988 to 1990. Later on, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2002.
