Darren Kless has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Darren started their professional career in 2012 at Highmark Inc., where they served as a Sr. IT Infrastructure Technician. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring, operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, and configuring IT infrastructure equipment. Darren also provided customer service, website assistance, and troubleshooting support for the Highmark VPN. Additionally, they handled back-ups and resolved hardware and software-related issues.
In 2014, Darren joined Kemper as a Liability Claims Representative. Here, they worked on managing liability claims for the company. Darren stayed with Kemper until 2016.
Following this, Darren joined Farmers Insurance in 2016 as a Field Claims Representative. In this role, they primarily dealt with field claims for the insurance company. Darren held this position until 2018.
After working at Farmers Insurance, Darren moved to VRC Investigations in 2018. Darren initially served as an SIU Investigator, and later transitioned to the position of Major Claims Investigator in 2019. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Regional Manager, overseeing a team of 8 SIU investigators. Their responsibilities included managing the team, liaising with funding source representatives, making service and scope of need recommendations, handling invoicing, and overseeing report edits, timelines, and submissions. As of 2023, Darren holds the position of Director of Customer Success at VRC Investigations.
