Swati Kadam Ph.D. has extensive experience in the biotechnology and healthcare industry. Swati'smost recent position is as the Sr. Director of Oncology Product Management & Marketing at Veracyte, Inc., where they are responsible for the commercial operations and product strategy for the Percepta Nasal Swab test and the Percepta Product Portfolio for Lung Cancer. Prior to this, Swati worked as a Startup Mentor at Newchip Accelerator, providing guidance to early-stage startups.

Swati also served as the Director of Global Product Marketing at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp., leading the commercial operations and launch of the T-Detect COVID clinical test for COVID-19.
