Kate Cappell

Kate Cappell has extensive experience in the field of healthcare research and data analytics. Kate currently holds the position of Director of Research Services at Veradigm, starting in 2021. Prior to this, Kate worked at Truven Health Analytics, an IBM company, for several years. Their roles at Truven Health Analytics included Director of Custom Data Analytics, Life Sciences from October 2016 onwards, and Senior Analyst Manager from February 2014 to September 2016. Kate also served as Lead Analyst from January 2013 to February 2014, and as Senior Research Analyst in Custom Data Analytics, Healthcare & Science from an unspecified date in 2008 to January 2013. Kate also worked at IBM Watson Health as an Offering Manager, MarketScan Research Databases from July 2019 to November 2020.

Kate Cappell obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto. Kate later pursued a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Michigan from 2000 to 2006.
