Steve S. has extensive experience in customer education, training, and business development, currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Education and Training at Verafin since October 2018, where Steve has been instrumental in training customers on financial crime prevention software. Prior to Verafin, Steve held various management and account roles at Xerox from April 2000 to June 2018, including Manager of Service Delivery, Client Delivery Manager, and Program Manager, overseeing operations and driving sales initiatives across multiple sectors. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Brock University, completed in 1999.
