Wendy Kool-Foulon

Wendy Kool-Foulon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Wendy started their career as a Tax Attorney at Landwell from 1997 to 1999. Wendy then worked as a Lawyer at SHH, specializing in Taxation Law, Labour Law, and Corporate Law, from 1999 to 2001. Wendy then joined IBM France, where they held roles as a Tax Attorney from 2001 to 2004 and as a Senior Attorney from 2004 to 2008.

In 2009, they joined Geodis as a Legal Manager Division 4PL until 2011. Wendy then moved to Tarkett Western Europe, where they served as the Legal Director from 2012 to 2016. Wendy further advanced their career by becoming the Group General Counsel at Tarkett from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Wendy is the Group General Counsel and Group CSR Director at Verallia since 2020. Their extensive experience encompasses various areas of law, including taxation, labor, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions.

Wendy Kool-Foulon attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 1991 to 1996 and obtained a degree in an unspecified field of study. Wendy then went on to attend Law School of Paris from 1996 to 1997 and successfully completed the Bar exam.
