Allison Kant

Allison Kant has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Allison began their career as a Business Intern at Zachys Wine Auctions, where they researched and presented performance improvement programs. Allison then moved on to Citigroup as an Investments Analyst, where they modeled asset allocations and collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop investment strategies.

Afterwards, Allison worked as the Zachys Asia Manager, managing the business operations and employees of the Hong Kong office. Allison then joined Dow Chemical as part of the General Management Leadership Development Program, leading a consulting study and delivering strategic recommendations for Dow AgroSciences.

Allison then transitioned to Driehaus Private Equity as an Investment Associate, supporting companies with capital deployment and leading identification and due diligence processes for investment opportunities. Allison continued their career in the chemical industry, holding various roles at The Dow Chemical Company, including Global Strategic Marketing Director and North America Retail Market Manager.

Following their time at Dow Chemical, Allison joined DuPont as a Global Strategy, Growth, and M&A Director for DuPont Water Solutions. Allison later became the Global Consumer Business Leader for Performance Building Solutions & Corian® Design.

Most recently, Allison worked at Danaher Corporation and Veralto, both as Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for Water Quality.

Allison Kant obtained an MBA degree in Marketing, Finance, and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a BA degree in Earth and Environmental Sciences and English at Columbia University from 2003 to 2007. In 2018, they also earned the WSET Level 2 Award in Wine and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
