Heather Toburen

Heather Toburen currently serves as the Knowledge & Service Quality Lead in HR Shared Services at Veralto since January 2025. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at X-Rite from July 2019 to January 2025, including HR Service Partner, Human Resources Generalist, and Executive Assistant to the President & VP of Human Resources. From October 2012 to July 2019, Heather worked at Amway as Executive Assistant II to the Vice President. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Tiara Yachts and roles at Energetx Composites, Robert Half International, and Robert W. Baird. Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a focus on Finance from Hope College between 2001 and 2005.
