Jessica Gray

Jessica Gray has a diverse work experience in the field of talent development and instructional design. Jessica has worked as a Senior Director for Talent Development at Veralto since 2023. Before that, they held various positions at Danaher Corporation, starting as a Senior Manager for Leadership Development and Learning in 2015 and eventually becoming a Senior Director for Talent Development. Prior to Danaher, Jessica was a Senior Performance Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where they managed technical and professional development programs. Jessica also worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at Northwestern University and as an Instructional Designer at Career Education Corporation.

Jessica Gray received their Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Northern Illinois University in 2010. In 2014, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
