Matt Kelly

Matt Kelly is an experienced executive in talent and human resources with a focus on diversity and organizational culture. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent & Diversity at Veralto since July 2023, Matt leads initiatives to enhance talent acquisition and ensure an inclusive workplace. Prior roles include Group Vice President of Human Resources at Marmon Holdings, where Matt built a strategic HR organization across multiple companies, and Vice President of Talent & Culture at Watts Water Technologies, overseeing global talent functions and DEI strategies. Matt has also held leadership positions at Getinge and Entrematic, focusing on HR strategy and operations across various sectors. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications from the same institution.
