Simone Bobolz

Simone Bobolz, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in various talent acquisition and HR roles. Simone is currently the Global Talent Acquisition Lead - North America at Veralto, a company focused on safeguarding vital resources. Prior to that, Simone worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Danaher Corporation, where they helped customers in the water quality industry. Simone also served as a Talent Acquisition Director at Sage Hospitality and as the Sr. Director of Western Region Talent Acquisition & Banner Staffing Services at Banner Health. Simone's earlier experiences include roles as a Recruiting Director and Recruiting Manager at DaVita, a Recruiting Consultant at Great-West, and a Staffing Specialist at Innovative HR.

Simone Bobolz, SPHR, holds a Master's of Science degree in Management & Organization from the University of Colorado Denver, obtained in 1996. Simone also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 1993. Additionally, Simone has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification, Birkman Certified Professional (BCP), AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), SHRM-SCP, and SPHR. The SPHR certification was obtained in 2006 from the HR Certification Institute, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification was also obtained in 2006 from HRCI.
