Sky Cree

Sky Cree has a strong background in security and IT, with experience in various leadership roles. They joined Verana Health in 2020 as the Director of Security & IT. Prior to that, they worked at Rally Health, starting in 2015. At Rally Health, Sky held roles such as Principal Security Engineer and Security Engineer. They also have experience at Trimble Navigation as a Lead Security Analyst and System Engineer, and at Plugged In as a Systems Administrator. Their early career included a role as a Systems Administrator at the San Francisco Examiner. Overall, Sky has extensive experience in security infrastructure design, incident and risk management, server forensics, and network administration.

Sky Cree has a Bachelor of Science in IT Management (BSITM) with a focus on Project Management and Management from TUI University, which was obtained from 2006 to 2008. They also have an Associate of Arts degree (AA) in General Education from City College of San Francisco, which was obtained from 1990 to 1997. Additionally, Sky Cree has obtained several certifications including Splunk Certified Admin V.6 and Splunk Certified Knowledge Manager V.6 from Splunk in 2014, ITIL Foundation from PEOPLECERT in 2014, and CSTA from 7Safe in 2013. They also completed an Ansible Quick Start course from Linux Academy.
