Theodore Leng

Theodore Leng is a medical advisor at Verana Health. Theodore has extensive experience in the field of ophthalmology and has worked with some of the leading organizations in the field. Theodore has a deep understanding of the foundational principles of ophthalmic imaging and algorithmic interpretation. Theodore has also worked as a research fellow with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.

Dr. Theodore Leng attended Stanford University School of Medicine, where they earned their MD. Theodore then went on to complete the Stanford Leadership Development Program and the Stanford StartX program. Dr. Leng is a fellowship and postdoctoral scholar in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery, and they have also completed residencies in ophthalmology and internal medicine. In addition, they have completed an intensive course in clinical research and holds an MS in biological sciences from Stanford University. Dr. Leng also has a certification from the American Society of Retina Specialists.
