Rangarajan Ramabhadran

Rangarajan Ramabhadran has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rangarajan has worked as a Director for Veranda Learning since 2018, where they played a significant role in establishing processes for Edtech companies in the online and offline market. Rangarajan has also been the Chief Financial Officer for Veranda Learning, successfully ensuring the company's listing in the Bombay Stock Exchange and garnering 3.5 times subscription in its IPO.

Prior to Veranda Learning, Rangarajan worked as the Director of Operations for Crombest CC and Youngstars CC since 2008, where they transformed the bottom four cricket teams into top four teams in the TNCA league. Rangarajan has also represented Don Bosco Matriculation School and Loyola in the cricket teams.

Rangarajan has held multiple roles in AGS Cinemas Pvt. Ltd. and AGS Entertainment since 2006. As a Director, they led the production of 21 regional feature films and handled the distribution of over 30 movies. Additionally, they served as the Chief Financial Officer, maximizing revenues through sales and exploitation of rights in local and international markets.

Rangarajan also has experience as the Chief Financial Officer for Kalpathi Capital Services LLP and Kalpathi Investments Private Limited, where they were responsible for treasury functions, fund raising, strategic investments, and establishing financial controls. Furthermore, they have worked as an Operations Manager for Hotel Dasaprakash and has held senior positions in SSI and Kumudam, where they contributed to various financial and operational achievements.

Rangarajan Ramabhadran began their education in 1974 at Don Bosco Matriculation School Egmore, where they pursued a Bachelors of Commerce degree. Rangarajan completed their schooling in 1981. In the same year, they enrolled at Loyola College and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in 1984. Throughout this period, they also pursued a CA-Inter degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which they completed in 1986.
