Paul Lanham

Paul Lanham is an accomplished executive in information technology with extensive experience leading technology strategies for prominent companies. Currently serving as Executive Vice President - Information Technology at Verano since April 2022, Paul previously held key roles including Chief Information and E-Commerce Officer at Charlotte's Web, where responsibilities spanned corporate technology strategy and e-commerce functions. Prior to that, Paul was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at J. Jill, managing enterprise systems and overseeing significant technology implementations. Further experience includes leadership positions at Rally House, Crocs, HCL Technologies, and Jones Apparel Group, along with early career roles at Ames Department Stores. Paul holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
