Dawn Miriello

Dawn Miriello has extensive work experience in various senior-level roles in finance and auditing. Dawn is currently working at Veranova as the VP, Corporate Controller (CAO) since June 2022, and also holds the position of VP, Corporate Controller since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Johnson Matthey for almost two decades, serving as the Global Controller - Health Sector from April 2003 to June 2022. Dawn began their career with KPMG in 1999 as a staff auditor and was later promoted to Senior Auditor. Dawn gained experience in auditing clients in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and automotive, including involvement in IPO filings.

Dawn Miriello pursued their education from 1995 to 1999 at Saint Joseph's University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.
