Jennifer Murphy

Jennifer Murphy has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jennifer is currently employed as the Human Resources Director, North America for Veranova since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Johnson Matthey from 2012 to 2022, where they held the positions of Human Resources Manager from January 2016 to May 2022 and Senior Human Resources Generalist from April 2012 to December 2015. Before joining Johnson Matthey, Jennifer worked at PHH Mortgage for a significant part of their career, starting as a Mortgage Loan Processor in October 1992 and progressing to roles such as Benefits/Employee Relations Associate, Recruiter, Manager of Staffing, Director of Staffing, and finally Project Manager. Their tenure at PHH Mortgage lasted from 1992 to 2011.

Jennifer Murphy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Rutgers University in 1992. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources at Widener University, completing their studies in 2004.
